Greetings!
This is the first special edition of the newsletter
to alert everyone to pray for some special
situations. These will be sent out whenever I am
alerted to some specific prayer requests.
I encourage everyone to forward to me any special
prayer requests that you would like distributed to
all of
the newsletter subscribers.
I will be more than happy to send out a special
edition newsletter such as this.
Please let me know if you would prefer not to
receive these special editions.

House Church Trip to Taiwan and Phillipines
Please pray for the Gathering members
who will be on
this trip:
4 adults and 4 children from the Gathering in
central Phoenix leave for the Phillipines this
Wednesday for two weeks.
We will have opportunity to greet the church in the
island of Panay. Are planning to help in some home
rebuilding from a typhoon, on the establishment of a
cultural center for Ati children (an indigenous
people of the Phillipines). Will also host a
seminar for 30 church leaders from 6-8 church groups
on the kingdom of God and introducing simple ways of
being the church and church reproduction.
Two of us will stopover in Taiwan for 5 days
returning from the Phillipines and speak at a 2 day
camp for 40 children who have had minimal exposure
to Christianity. We will present and have the
children act out stories of the life of Jesus. Pray
that Jesus' welcome of the little children would be
heard and that the children would come to Him.
We want the prayers of the wider body. Thank you
for those of you that are sacrificially
interceeding. Will love to report upon our return
our sense of the movements of God.
Appreciate your prayers.
Phillipines
1) that Jesus will be worshipped in the land,
2) that the way for Jesus would be prepared,
3) that the power and authority of Jesus would be
demonstrated,
4) that healing and reconciliation, unity, and
spiritual truth would replace racism,
denominationalism, traditionalism and legalism,
5) that this reign of Jesus spreads across the
land.
Taiwan
1) love of Jesus is experienced by the children
2) children come to Jesus

Staggs Home Sale
Dear Church,
As many of you know, my wife and I are selling our
house. We are in the final stages of the sell and
expect to be moved out by August 15th. Please keep
us lifted in prayer, we do not know as of yet where
we will be going when when the house is sold.
Pray that the sell goes through with success and ask
the Lord for direction for us.
