Dear Larry,
The response to the newsletter has been very
encouraging. I thank all those that sent their
feedback to me. Please continue to send notices and
articles for the next newsletter.
With this special edition of the newsletter, I want to
announce some changes in the website previously
known as the "Network of East Valley House
Churches". To better reflect the scope of the
website, it
has been renamed "Phoenix Area House Churches" to
correspond to this monthly newsletter. It became
evident to me that this website is serving the entire
Phoenix metro area and not just the east valley.
With the name change, a new domain name has been
obtained so that the website can now be reached with
http://www.phoenixhousechurch.org as well
as the previous
http://www.eastvalleyhousechurch.org.
But there's more. The home page has been somewhat
redesigned. Sections have been created to include
recent updates and a feature article of interest to
the community. This will periodically change but
will be archived on the website for reference. At
the bottom of the page is a totally interactive
calendar, powered by localendar.com.
Events and other items of interest can be
added by anyone. Please take advantage of this.
The
Joshua Tree blog has been made a part of the
website and there is a link on the home page.
This is also completely interactive to anyone with
a Blogger login. If anyone would like to be able to
put new comments on the blog, just let me know and
I'll add
you to the team list for it.
Future plans include a prayer room that will also
be completely interactive.
My goal is to make the website a resource for the
whole community to use. Forward any ideas you may
have. And feel free to forward the newsletter to
anyone you think may be interested.
Check The

interest to the house church community.

Biblical model for house church led by Steve Atkerson
and Tim Melvin of the New
Testament Restoration Foundation (NTRF). This
will be Saturday March 25
from 8:30am to 5pm followed by a time of fellowship.
NOTE that the location has been changed to Living
Hope Baptist Church, 1619 S. Hardy Dr., Tempe, AZ.
This is the same location as the house church
gathering October 1, 2005. Contact Henry
